Which payment methods can I use?
At checkout you can pay by card, with PayPal (including Pay Later / Pay in 4), or with Bancontact, EPS or iDEAL / Wero. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Przelewy24 may also appear, depending on your device, browser and country. You see the methods available for your order at checkout.
My payment did not go through. What should I try?
- Check your card limit and the amount. Banks can decline an online payment because of a card limit, or after several attempts in a row. Raise the limit in your banking app, or try another card.
- Try another payment method from the list at checkout.
- Refresh the page and try again. If an error still occurs, contact support.
- If your order is stuck on the “pay for order” page, place a new order. The failed one is cancelled.
If none of this works, contact us and tell us the payment method you tried, your country and, if you have it, your order number. Never send card numbers in a message. See how to get support fastest.
Which taxes do I see?
VAT is charged by region. Customers in the EU see prices with the VAT of their country; customers outside the EU see prices without EU VAT.
