How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout from your address and the parcel. There are no fixed shipping prices, so the cost for the same order can differ between countries and between options. Add your address to see the options and costs for your order.

Which couriers and services will I see?

The couriers and services you can choose depend on your country, and they are shown at checkout. You may see options from FedEx and DHL, and in Poland InPost parcel lockers and InPost courier delivery. Each option shows its service name and an estimated transit time.

How fast do orders ship?

Items in stock ship within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. DHL sends notifications quickly. FedEx tracking can take up to about 24 hours to show up by email. That lag is normal: your order is already on its way. If your order shows as completed but tracking only shows a label, see my order says completed but tracking shows only label created.
