- Second-hand pedals: warranty follows the product via the original invoice or order number — ask the seller for it. In practice support has helped second-hand owners generously (free replacement parts), but the invoice is what formally carries the claim.
- Maintenance: essentially none — dampers are sealed for life (no bleeding, no top-ups). Dust the pedals every two weeks; after the first hours of use check A.H.S and ERGO-LINK bolts/nuts, then re-check every few weeks. Spare parts supported for many years.
- Don’t open beyond the manual’s instructions — unauthorised repair attempts void the warranty (guided DIY fixes agreed with support, like the shaker re-glue, are of course fine).
