Safety notes

Read these safety notes before you set up and use PurrPRO FORMULA PEDALS or PurrPRO GT PEDALS. They apply to both sets and come from the user manual.

Setting up safely

• Use the pedals indoors only. Do not expose them to rain or humidity: there is a risk of fire and electric shock.
• Mount the pedals to a sturdy sim rig. Do not use them on the floor, because they will not be stable. See mounting to a rig.
• Always check that all connections are tightened and assembled in accordance with the manual.

Using the pedals safely

• The pedals are intended for adults. Do not let children use them unsupervised.
• Keep small parts away from children under 6: there is a risk of swallowing them.
• Because of sharp edges, only one person should use the pedals. Keep other people away from them while they are in use.
• Never use the pedals if they are damaged or broken.

If something goes wrong

• Do not disassemble the product beyond the instructions in the manual.
• If something unexpected happens, do not try to fix it yourself. Contact support straight away: see how to get support fastest. Opening the pedals and attempting a repair yourself can be dangerous and will void the warranty, unless the repair was agreed with support. See warranty, returns and maintenance.

Looking after yourself

• Take a 5-minute break every 20 minutes while playing. Do not exceed 2 hours of play.
• We strongly recommend that you do not drive a vehicle straight after playing a racing simulator. Take a break and rest.
