PurrPRO core features: haptics, braking & pedal kinematics
What PurrForce Active Haptic Feedback, the 3-stage advanced braking system and pedal kinematics do, and which PurrPRO pedal set has each.

PurrPRO pedals are built around three features: PurrForce Active Haptic Feedback, a 3-stage advanced braking system with twin adjustable hydraulic dampers, and pedal kinematics. Haptics and braking are part of both PurrPRO FORMULA PEDALS and PurrPRO GT PEDALS. Active Pedal Kinematics is part of PurrPRO FORMULA PEDALS.
PurrForce Active Haptic Feedback
Feel what your tyres feel. Each pedal has its own haptic exciter (a bass shaker) that appears in SimHub as a separate audio output. You feel ABS and brake threshold, traction loss and engine RPM, and every effect is tunable. Two independent exciters keep brake and throttle effects separate. Setup: PurrForce haptics in SimHub.
3-stage advanced braking system
The brake uses a 200 kg brake load cell with 195 kg max braking force. Your braking input follows how hard you press, which keeps it repeatable whether you are fresh or three hours into a stint.
The 3-stage system works in order: mechanical take-up, hydraulic modulation, then threshold stiffness, a firm wall at the limit of grip so you find lock-up by feel, not by accident.
Both brake pedals have twin adjustable hydraulic dampers: compression (push) and rebound (release) are tuned independently, so pressing and trail braking each get their own feel. Maintenance free hydraulic dampers. Focus on racing, focus on performance.
Active Pedal Kinematics on PurrPRO FORMULA PEDALS
In a reclined formula seat your heel lifts and slides, and your consistency slides with it. Active Heel Support moves with the pedal, so your foot stays put: smoother modulation, a calmer ankle, and legs that still work three hours in. See Active Heel Support height by shoe size.
PurrPRO GT PEDALS take the classic fixed pedal kinematics route: the pedal face does not move and there is no heel rest as standard. You can add Individual Heel Support, or use the baseplate with the classic full-width heel rest. See the bespoke heel cup guide.
Which PurrPRO set has what
Haptics and braking: both sets. Active Pedal Kinematics (Non Tilt Pedal Face and Active Heel Support): PurrPRO FORMULA PEDALS. Classic fixed pedal kinematics: PurrPRO GT PEDALS. For a full walk-through of choosing, see How to choose the best sim racing pedals.
