  1. Calibrate in PurrOS, then click Send to device. Save only updates the profile in PurrOS, so the pedals don’t have your calibration until you send it. Changes to calibration, deadzones, curves and Max force reach the pedals when you click Send to device. A few actions send straight away: the deadzone keyboard shortcuts, Save in the full-screen calibration window (opened with its keyboard shortcut), and Save in the unsaved-changes prompt.
  2. Move to a USB 2.0 motherboard port (no hub).
  3. Check what is stored on the pedals: choose Load device profile (the last entry in the profile selector) to read the pedals’ current calibration, deadzones and curves into PurrOS. Save it as a profile if you want to keep it.
  4. Check the Home screen: if your set’s tile shows Firmware update available or Update didn’t complete, finish the update, keeping the pedals powered and connected until the update dialog shows Update complete. An update resets calibration, deadzones, response curves and axis inversion to factory defaults, so afterwards select your saved profile and press Send to device, or recalibrate. See PurrOS firmware updates.
  5. Ignore the RAW bar not resting at zero — RAW is the pre-calibration sensor signal; games see the processed output. What the in-game pedal graph shows is what you get.
  6. Still stuck → open a Discord ticket with videos of the behaviour in each game.
