Windows updates sometimes reshuffle USB port IDs, so SimHub loses track of where the haptic exciters live. In SimHub’s Sound Output tab click “Change target sound output” and re-select the PurrForce devices. Fixed in one click — most common haptics “failure” and it’s never hardware.
