Log a hardware case
Have your order number ready and a working link to a photo or video of the issue (Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, anything we can open). That is what lets an engineer diagnose it in one pass instead of three emails.
- Send the form — the case gets a number.
- An engineer replies with a diagnosis or a fix, usually within one working day.
- If a part has to travel, we send the label and cover it under warranty.
Returns within 14 days of delivery, in original condition — details in the refund policy.

Elastomer-only pedals rely on rubber compression. It degrades over time and never quite feels like a real brake. Our hybrid pairs a 200 kg load cell for absolute precision with adjustable hydraulic damping for a genuine, organic feel: consistency and immersion in one pedal.

No. The dampers are maintenance free: no bleeding, no top-ups, no leaks to babysit. The only fluid you will deal with is the coffee going cold while you chase one more tenth.

PurrForce control is built into PurrOS 2.0, as an early alpha release for iRacing. Set the effects for each pedal (ABS and Grip Loss on the brake, Engine vibration and Traction control on the throttle) and tune them to taste; effects and settings may still change. Prefer SimHub, or driving another sim? SimHub is fully supported: each pedal appears as its own output, with ready-made profiles on our Downloads page. Use one or the other for your haptics.

If your rig takes standard 8020 aluminium profile or a custom pedal plate, yes. The brackets bolt down with M6 hardware (included) and offer an 18° tilt range to suit GT or formula positions.
