Throttle squeaks / creaks

Two solutions fix nearly every case (in this order):

1. Take the spring off and put it back. Re-seating alone has solved multiple tickets — verify by moving the pedal by hand with the spring off (no squeak = spring seating was the cause).
2. Apply PTFE Dry Lube on the stainless-steel guiding rod and the back washer. Community also lubes the spring-stack rod and position pin with the same result: “solved completely.”
