- You can only pay through the online payment operator WooPayments.
- We always make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so we will ship your order during a maximum of 14 days. If the product is not in stock, you will be informed on the website with the exact shipping day. If there are any delays in the shipping of your order, we will notify you via email with further clarification.
- If you pre-order our product, shipment will be made on the day indicated on the website.
- If you order our product from the UK, you may expect to pay additional customs duties.
- We ship parcels only via DHL. You will receive the exact delivery cost before placing your order.
- Courier shipments are insured, but if you notice any issues with the parcel, in particular any external damage, you should report this fact to the courier and draw up a report with him covering this information. Please note that failure to do so may be the reason for rejection of your claim.
